NOT long after returning to the flagship segment via Find X smartphone, Oppo has quietly started marketing a new phone called A3S to fill the mid-range market in Indonesia.
PR Manager of Oppo Indonesia, Aryo Meidianto said, Oppo A3S went on sale in retail stores in Indonesia this week, exactly on July 24, 2018. The official price is pegged at Rp 2,699,000.
"Oppo A3S is the successor of Oppo A83 smartphone before," said Aryo as quoted by Kompas.
Although named similar, Oppo A3S has a different specification than the A3 that was introduced in China in May.
Oppo A3S screen measuring 6.2 inches with HD + resolution (1,520 x 720 pixels, 19: 9 aspect ratio) and bangs (notch) on top of which includes an 8 megapixel selfie camera unit.
On the back of the Oppo A3S embedded dual camera with 13 megapixel resolution and 2 megapixel camera. Battery capacity is quite large, reaching 4,230 mAh.
The operating system running is Android Oreo 8.1 with custom UI Color OS 5.1.
Oppo A83 is available in two color options, namely Red and Dark Purple.***
